Nervous me exploring options as I'm noticing father tine is chasing me. The staff are welcoming, friendly and professional. The information was explained and helped me choose a less perminint option for now while still giving me options for later. Safe. Trustworthy. Efficient. So glad I chose this clinic.

I am with a TRT provider in the UK but was living in Bangkok for 3 months earlier this year and wanted to get my bloods checked. I purchased the advanced package. It is better value for money compared to the Maximum Performance clinic I've used previously in BKK - the same number of tests would cost somewhat more there and I also had 2 very good conversations with Dr Panu as part of this package. He is an excellent guy - friendly. knowledgeable, didn't rush and speaks excellent English. One thing to note is this clinic isn't against using an AI for excessive E2, some TRT practices don't like it and some do. I feel there is no definitive answer and it's ultimately down to how the patient feels. I got the feeling Dr Panu is very open minded in that respect and if I'm residing in Bangkok a lot more in future I would certainly be happy to be under the care of this clinic. Thanks Dr Panu and your lovely staff :))

If I could give this clinic and Dr. Panu 100 stars, I absolutely would.

From the first consultation to the multiple follow-up emails, Dr. Panu showed a level of care, professionalism, and clarity that honestly blew me away. He didn’t just run labs and send numbers — he took the time to explain every marker, help me understand what it meant for my personal health and lifestyle, and responded with insight and patience to all my follow-up questions.

I had some concerns after seeing a drop in my testosterone levels from an earlier test, and instead of brushing it off or giving a generic answer, Dr. Panu helped me put it in context — looking at my training load, sleep, travel, and overall demands. That kind of thoughtful, grounded analysis is rare.

He even remembered details from our conversation weeks later and treated the entire process like a true partnership.

I’ve already recommended a friend to come see him, and I’ll be returning myself next year without question.

Transcend Clinic is lucky to have someone like him — and if you’re considering taking your health seriously, this is exactly the kind of doctor and clinic you want guiding you.

Very informative, kind and professional doctor and nurses and staff at Transcend Clinic. Got some bloodwork done and learned a lot about my physical health. Also the IV treatments are a nice way to cool off.
